In the case of your service technician (I believe his name was Tim) I felt this time I needed to take a minute to write to you. His level of professionalism, courtesy, care for our home, product knowledge and all around performance was just superior. You can be very proud of employees like this gentleman. My husband and I visited your showroom on separate occasions 2 wks ago looking at a Mendota gas insert. Jeremy Van Dera was very informative and has continued to work hard to be sure our fireplace is all that we want and more. I am an avid wood burner so when my husband mentioned he wanted to switch to gas I knew I had to do some research. Jeremy is not only knowledgeable of what he sells but has also been very attentive to our order and is a problem solver. When we needed an add'l 3/4" to get the larger full view Mendota to fit he suggested to have a mason take a look at our fireplace which solved that problem. This morning Jeremy came up to get an exact measurement for the custom front that will be needed. We are looking forward to enjoying our new gas fireplace while looking out over the frozen "tundra" on the bay of Green Bay.

We have finally completed our remodeling of our kitchen, laundry room, and deck. The process seemed very long and was sometimes frustrating which robbed some of the excitement of having new facilities.
Looking back, Ann and I both feel the need to thank and compliment you and your crew for all that you have done to make this a success. We enjoy the beautiful granite counter top and also appreciate the working relationship we have had with you and your staff. Your knowledge, communication with us, and availability when we ran into problems , was exceptional. I especially recall the time when our appliance installer told us the space cut for the cook top was too small, and you sent your crew to fix it within an hour. As it turned out, the space was cut correctly, but your crew was able to solve the problem caused by the cabinet maker’s error.

Jeff did an excellent job touring us in the shop to view the Blue Pearl slab for our project.
The two men that came out to measure were fun to have while they went about their work. When they returned to install they had two more gents and all four put the tops in what I thought was record time and with perfection.
Another good thing is that I can't get Gale out of the kitchen. Gained three pounds.
We could not be pleased more with the apperance of our new kitchen tops and working with all you Darboy people.

Bart and I want to thank you for a job well done. We absolutely love our granite countertops! Darboy Stone and Brick has a stellar reputation and after having the work done, we can see why. We would definitely recommend you to anyone.
We were impressed from the minute we met with you and Joe. We had gone to Home Depot and thought they might be the most economical way to install the countertops, but after asking them about their installation procedures we found they were definitely not experts in installing granite. With the amount of investment in granite we were not risking poor installation.
Once we met with you and Joe and learned about your procedures, we were doubly impressed. You explained to us how you select the granite you use, how the granite can be cut to meet our expectations, and how we can care for it.
When your crew came out to the house to do the template, they took off their shoes! All the little details we requested, the crew knew and reconfirmed out thoughts. When the crew came out to install, we were nervous because the cabinets had just been painter. Fortunately everyone was very careful. Not a mark was made!
You really made this kitchen renovation so easy and stress free. We are delighted and can’t thank you enough.

Our first experience with this company was when we had a gas log fireplace installed in our home. It has made the long cold winters much more bearable! We enjoy it many times during the year. This past experience had been much more exciting however. I guess a lot has to do with the help and patience from Jeff Diedrick. At the beginning I was disappointed because I had picked out Marble and I needed Granite. Jeff called me and thought I would be happy with Uba Tuba that was just shipped in. I was and am delighted!! My kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. You are fortunate to have such great young men working for you. They were friendly, polite, and worked hard. Zach fitted the one area of counter with his expertise. The four young men who also delivered and installed the countertops were super as well this could have been a long- agonizing job, but with all these competent young men I would be ready for the next job. Special thanks to all the rest who worked on this job.

We researched the local Granite sources here in Green Bay and the Valley. We chose Darboy for the professional sales, service and installation staff. Your sales group was very friendly and helpful. The installers did a very professional job. They did a nice job of cleaning up after installation. They took the time to explain cleaning and caring of our new counter tops. The look of our new counters is amazing we receive many compliments and we will return to Darboy when we change out our bathroom counters.

Just wanted to write you and let you know of our recent experience with your company, particularly Becky and Jeremy. We were in need of a small piece of Granite for our bathroom vanity (redo) and, unfortunately, we were under an extremely short time frame to get our “little” project complete, which was taking much longer than we expected. Circumstances not related to your business. Becky was very helpful in showing me different pieces and suggesting and verifying a color I had been thinking of. We also felt our quote came back reasonable.
After making a visit or two back to your company to finalize things, Jeremy, all along, had been extremely helpful and very willing to work with me and do his best to get our project complete in the short time frame given. I understand that our order came in at an extremely busy time for your company. Although our order was very small, and I am sure Jeremy had much bigger and more important orders to deal with, he respected the time crunch that I said we were now under, and he produced our granite piece in an amazingly short turn around time.
He may think it was nothing, that he was just doing his job, but getting this granite piece was an extremely important part in getting our bathroom finished in time. We can’t tell you enough how much we appreciate Jeremy’s help, willingness to work with us and the professionalism he took with our order.
Our next project will be our kitchen island with a new granite top, so we will be back.

On Friday last week my wife and I stopped in at Darboy Stone. Although we had been researching different options for weeks, we still hadn't finalized where to procure our siding. That evening we found your store and our salesman confidently answered all our questions. He stayed late on Friday evening (past your normal closing at 5) and gave us his cell number for questions over the weekend. Furthermore, on Sunday evening he came out to our house and measured the project so he could get an order in first thing Monday morning (in order to have product for the next weekend).
Without Darboy Stone's assistance we would have placed this order off the internet (as we have before). It was the helpfulness and value he brought to the order which made it worth a little extra to go with Darboy. Please let him now we appreciated his efforts.
